"Good Carpets, Poor Service"

Very good carpets, very poor service.

They left a mess for us to clean up and when we questioned this were told to " give it a quick hoover when it settles, the a written 2"we as a company do not vacuum carpets, we never have and never will and if other companies wish to do so that is their prerogative" - their words not mine..
