Me and my brother attended the Christmas party on our dad’s birthday, the staff made us feel content and were so lovely and respectful, they really did go above and beyond for all the residents here. Such a lovely afternoon. Well done guys keep up the impeccable service. Jan mahood is an absolute gem and will always help and make everyone feel welcome. Another experience I had was with Laura who arranged for my brothers heating to be fixed and it was immediate action. I take my hat off to you guys..
