I have been using this newsagency on my desperate times for 10 years now, I say desperate because when I am nit desperate I would rather go to coop which is further away from me. Every time I go to the newsagency I find products which are past the sell by date with no sign to inform the customers so that tgey can make an informed choice and they will still be selling these products at full price. To make matters worse, when you try to explain to them that they should at least inform us, they get all defensive and become very rude (the elderly man is nice.it's the younger lady that has a big problem). Today I informed her about the mayonnaise which had a best before date of July 2018, she practically asked me who wanted to know about the manager/ person in charge when I asked who was in charge. She did not listen to a word I was saying about informing customers about the products that are past best before date and just kept telling me that they are legally allowed to sell them, which wasn't what I was talking about. She rushed me through taking the products from me and yelling for the next person when I was still talking to her. It's just bad customer service from her. IF YOU LIKE TO BUY PRODUCTS THAT ARE WITHIN DATE THEN YOU HAVE TO CHECK EVERYTHING THAT YOU BUY THERE COZ NO ONE WILL LET YOU KNOW. I WILL ONLY EVER BUY THERE IF I AM DESPERATE AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS NEWSAGENCY..
