As so many similar establishments have problems with unruly children, perhaps IC prefer not to have their goods damaged by curious youngsters so they have a blanket ban for children. I find this quite understandable. Also it is better for other customers to not have noisy and rumbustuous children running around the display stands and shelves.

We visited IC and enjoyed having a look around, on the recommendation of a friend, and I bought one or two items which have turned out to be of good quality but very reasonable in price ! I will call again and have already passed on to other friends how good I found IC.
