"We want to leave the salon looking better than when we came in"

I have been visiting Supercuts in Nottingham Victoria Centre for about six years because (a) it's so conveniently situated and (b) prices are reasonable for a city centre salon. If I have one or two criticisms they are these: staff are frequently busy gossiping to one an other and other customers. I don't see how they can concentrate on what they're doing. Also, they frequently have to leave off to answer the 'phone and serve customers coming in to buy products. Why on earth isn't there a receptionist? .
