The Haven Housing Trust is a small Nottingham based housing charity providing long-term supported accommodation for older previously homeless or unsuitably housed single people.

They are based in the Forest Fields area of Nottingham, and were founded in 1996 by Rachael Jayne Brooks, at the time a 25 year old Nottingham woman. Sadly, Rachael passed away in August 2005, aged just 34 years old. The Haven Housing Trust stands as a legacy to her compassion for those in society who are less able to cope with life, and fall through the gaps in the complex support network that exists.

The Haven Housing Trust also operate a Furniture Donation Project, and are able to accept donations of good, clean useable furniture and household goods, including bric-a-brac, bedding and clothes. To enquire about making a donation, they can be contacted on (0115) 9856546..
