"Staff keeping an eye open"

I came in this morning for breakfast, a guy from the supermarket next door followed me in but was served first. When a second person was served before me I left. The female that was serving saw me standing there and made eye contact more than once but still chose to serve someone else first. The male member of staff saw the guy from the supermarket come in and straight away asked him what he wanted and got on with making it. I don't need to be ignored, there are other places serving food, having your favourite customers and serving them first is no way to run a business.
