The hotel has over the years been updated, expanded and modernised but always in keeping with the originality of the building where history documents show that parts of the hotel date back as far as 1601.

All 46 bedrooms have ensuite facilities and include TV, trouser press, hairdryer, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities and free wi fi access. Savannahs Restaurant and Lounge offers a more intimate environment which is more modern and contemporary in decor and design. A table d'hote menu is served and changes daily offering variety and choice and starts from £19.95 for a three course meal and coffee.
